PATRICK FOX
Founder and broker Patrick Fox began his career over 25 years ago in city planning — focused on transportation, neighborhood development and public outreach. Patrick then entered the private sector as a consultant in urban development, assisting investors and developers in several iconic, downtown Tulsa projects, such as the construction of the 90,000 square foot mixed-use, GreenArch project in the Historic Greenwood District and the revitalization of the 1928, ONG Building — a 65,000 square foot, art deco masterpiece. In 2014 Patrick created Fox + Associates Commercial Real Estate. It’s from this knowledge, experience and decades-long relationships that Patrick has helped broker some of Tulsa’s most exciting new projects.

MICHA ALEXANDER
Micha Alexander began investing and developing commercial real estate in 2003, with an early focus on downtown Tulsa revitalization projects. Over the years, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, and repositioning of mixed-use and industrial properties, bringing an investor-minded approach to every opportunity. In addition to holding a Commercial Real Estate license, Micha has extensive experience in industrial operations, manufacturing, and development strategy, giving him a practical perspective on site selection, industrial facilities, and value creation.

James Payne began his career working for multiple international firms performing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) of commercial properties including land, retail and industrial. Clients were spread across many industries including the public sector and spanned the United States. This work provided valuable insight into historical use and property valuations and liabilities for clients. His career transitioned to marketing and media where he’s worked with a number of commercial clients such as Yeti, ESPN, Costa del Mar, Valero, AT&T, Wrangler, Walmart and Hilti. In his current role he oversees marketing and operations in addition to being a commercial agent.
AgentCARLA GREGORY
Carla Gregory is a real estate and property management professional with more than 30 years of experience in insurance, multifamily asset management, and commercial real estate in Tulsa. She began her career as a licensed P&C producer with Farmers Insurance before moving into property management. At Capital Investors Realty, she advanced from leasing to overseeing the rehabilitation of a large portfolio. She later managed assets for LynCo Properties and Greystar Management Services, where she earned her CAM designation and Merit Award and advanced to Corporate Regional Supervisor across multiple states. In 2012, she joined a private investor with a wide-ranging commercial portfolio where she is currently the Controller.
